The Solution Workshops typically last less than a day and rapidly assess a (yes, ONE) problem. The deliverable of the Solution Workshop is a solution blueprint which includes solution diagrams, design points, numerical analysis (where necessary), roles and responsibilities for the solution and other risk mitigation analysis. They represent a great way for clients to get value fast.

BI Project Estimation: At no charge to you, we also offer a BI Project Estimation service. You fill out your requirements and we get back to you with 2-3 business days with a project estimate which includes basic project gantt chart, roles and responsibilities, and overall cost estimate for the project. Needless to say, to protect us and you, we provide this estimate with NO guarantees or legal bindings.
